2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your chosen products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.


6. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.


7. What is your return policy?

8. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fightglove.us. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


10. How do I choose the right glove size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing, and our team will assist you with recommendations.


11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
