At FightGlove.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@fightglove.us with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
